Join us for a magical evening of creativity as we host a Harry Potter Wizard-Themed Theater Fundraiser in anticipation of Milford High School's production of Harry Potter and The Cursed Child @ Zamudio Theater, March 14th and 15th!

Time: 6-9pm (arrive any time between 6-8 to create your projects!)

What’s in store for you at this enchanting event?

Paint Your Own Harry PotterY – Choose from a variety of pieces and use our special Harry Potter-themed stencils and magical painting techniques to create a masterpiece worthy of the Great Hall!

Adopt-a-Patronus – Choose a stuffed animal that represents the best things about your wizarding strengths and personality! Once you pick your Patronus, we'll create a carrier and sculpt fun pieces to bring this magical companion’s world to life!

Whether you’re a daring Gryffindor, a wise Ravenclaw, a loyal Hufflepuff, or a cunning Slytherin, this family-friendly event is sure to be spellbinding! Plus, every galleon raised supports the incredible Lads and Lassies of Milford High School Theater that are headed across the pond to take their own show to Scotland's Fringe Festival this summer!

Come dressed in your wizarding best and get ready for a night of fun, fundraising, and fantastic magic!

Your reservation fee will secure your seat with friends or companions of choice and cover all studio fees for your evening's creations. Simply pay by the piece, or your "Adopt-a-patronus" experience at the end of your session (Adopt-a-patronus price is $25)

We regret that we cannot grant refunds or credits for event registrations upon customer cancelation or no-show.

We reserve the right to cancel events and classes due to low enrollment, staff sickness, extreme weather, or other conditions beyond our control. Registrants will be notified via email 24 hours prior to class if an event is cancelled for low registration, and every attempt will be made to contact participants as soon as possible in the event of emergency cancellation.
I/We give permission for photos/videos to be taken of all participants registered for this activity.

I/We understand that photos/video may be published online, in printed materials and/or for other promotional purposes, but only to help document student work and illustrate McHarper Manor and the teaching artists. I/We hereby waive any ownership rights, as well as any right that I/we may have to inspect or approve the finished product in which a photographic or video image may be used including the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
This agreement releases McHarper Manor from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during classes, camps, workshops, or events. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold McHarper Manor entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in any hands on event, class, camp, or workshop. These include but are not limited to burns, cuts, slips, falls, or other injury. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

By registering and signing below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against McHarper Manor for any reason. In return, I will receive participation in the event for which I am registered. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

By enrolling for this class, I fully understand and agree to the above terms.
