Due to the specific colors people may prefer, the purchase of two different supplies are needed for class:
- 1 - "Jelly Roll" in the pattern assortment of your choice
A quilting jelly roll is a bundle of pre-cut fabric strips that are rolled into a circle. The strips are usually 2.5 inches wide and 42–45 inches long. Average price: $10-$12
- 1 pack of cotton batting (crib size) Average price: $12
We prefer that students bring their own sewing machine to learn to use it to the best of their ability. Don't have a machine? No worries -- we can supply one for you!
Students in this workshop should have a basic understanding of sewing machines and ability to stitch basic seams. If your child has an interest in learning to quilt, a parent or guardian can work alongside to help them navigate at no charge. Adult assistance is required for children 12 and under unless the instructor has made specific exceptions.
**Minimum 4 registered seats must be booked to hold this session, max students on machines per session: 8.
