Large Private Pottery Painting Event

Service Description
Are you looking for a larger-scale (private) paint-your-own pottery event or party? We do it all! Our party packages include private use of the large and open McHarper Manor Classroom for two full hours. For our base price, each participant can choose a "party animal" figurine, small planter, or ornament to paint or glaze. Our PYOPottery Party Packages start at $349 Extra participants are just $25 each (with a suggested maximum participant total of 40 guests. Please speak with us if you'd like to discuss a higher guest count. We're happy to look at how to modify things to allow it!) $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and the final balance is due on the date of the party. Your party will be hosted in our beautiful, McHarper Manor studio space and you are welcome to bring any food or beverage that you would like. The painting portion of this event typically takes 1 hour for children to choose their piece and complete their painting, leaving you plenty of time for celebration and cake! Adults and older kids do tend to take a bit longer than children under 8. You can even upgrade your party package to include a fingerprint commemorative plate ($60 value) for just $25!
Cancellation Policy
Due to the layout of our space, groups of parents chatting do tend to get noisy / compete with our voices for instruction on the project. We encourage parents to drop off their children and return for pick up at the end of the party if both they and their child are comfortable. We allow a maximum of one parent (or non-participating person) per participating party guest. Additional non-participating guests will be charged at the rate of $10 per person. If you are serving a meal, we will plan to work around typical meal times (ex: 11am-1pm for lunch, 5-7pm for dinner) and offer food first in these scenarios. Otherwise, we will plan to start with the project, then move into food and treats. If you would like to deviate from that plan, please let us know so that we can set up for your group accordingly. You are welcome to bring any food or treats you would like without restriction; we do please ask that you provide your own paper service for food and drinks (plates, napkins, cups, utensils). You are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the start of your party to begin setting up. Feel free to bring any balloons, or decor that you'd like, but please plan to use painters tape to attach decor, and take down when you leave. We do cover serving tables. All deposits are non-refundable in the event of customer no-show or cancellation. We will always work with you to reschedule parties for a future date if changes are made at least 7 days before the event. Our policies allow us to properly staff your event for the best possible experience for all our guests.
